Welcome to my Intrinsic Coaching website. My name is Craig Baranovic and I am a Certified Intrinsic Coach. I am located in Cleveland Ohio and can do in person coaching if you live in Cleveland or  I can do coaching via phone for anyone not close. For those of you who do not know the basic principles of Intrinsic Coaching here are the core beliefs that guide our coaching sessions:

 

1. Coachees are creative, capable, and complete
2. Coaches approach everyone with a Spirit of Service
3. Intrinsic Coaches focus on Goals
4. Intrinsic coaches help you do your best thinking
5. Each session should last about 15 minutes
